<strong>appel \u00e0 candidatures pour le Programme de Volontariat 2026<\/strong>.<br \/>\nCe programme annuel vise \u00e0 encourager <strong>l\u2019engagement des jeunes Burundais<\/strong> dans les <strong>actions communautaires<\/strong>, le <strong>leadership<\/strong> et <strong>l\u2019entrepreneuriat social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, le CCI accueille de nouveaux volontaires d\u00e9sireux de contribuer activement au d\u00e9veloppement local et de renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences en leadership et innovation sociale.<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83c\udfaf Objectif du programme<\/h3>\n<p>Le <strong>Programme de Volontariat du CCI<\/strong> offre aux jeunes l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une <strong>exp\u00e9rience pratique<\/strong> dans la gestion de projets communautaires,<\/li>\n<li>de d\u00e9velopper des <strong>comp\u00e9tences en leadership et entrepreneuriat social<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>et de devenir de v\u00e9ritables <strong>acteurs du changement<\/strong> au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u2705 Conditions d\u2019admission<\/h3>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligible, le\/la candidat(e) doit remplir les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00catre <strong>de nationalit\u00e9 burundaise<\/strong> (\u00eatre originaire de la commune de <strong>Rumonge<\/strong> constitue un atout) ;<\/li>\n<li>Avoir <strong>termin\u00e9 le cycle secondaire<\/strong> et obtenu <strong>au moins 50 %<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019examen d\u2019\u00c9tat ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre <strong>issu(e) d\u2019une famille \u00e0 ressources limit\u00e9es<\/strong> et capable de le d\u00e9montrer ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre <strong>disponible<\/strong> et pr\u00eat(e) \u00e0 <strong>vivre \u00e0 Rumonge pendant une ann\u00e9e<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>Avoir des <strong>notions de leadership et d\u2019entrepreneuriat<\/strong>, avec un esprit cr\u00e9atif et innovant ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre <strong>motiv\u00e9(e)<\/strong> \u00e0 participer activement \u00e0 toutes les activit\u00e9s du CCI ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finir <strong>des objectifs personnels et professionnels clairs<\/strong> \u00e0 atteindre durant le programme ;<\/li>\n<li>Comprendre que le volontariat <strong>n\u2019ouvre pas automatiquement droit \u00e0 une bourse<\/strong>, mais peut en faciliter l\u2019obtention selon les performances et l\u2019engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\ud83d\udcd1 Composition du dossier de candidature<\/h3>\n<p>Le dossier complet doit comprendre :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Une <strong>lettre de motivation<\/strong> adress\u00e9e au Pr\u00e9sident du CCI ;<\/li>\n<li>Un <strong>curriculum vitae (CV)<\/strong> actualis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Format exig\u00e9 :<\/strong><br \/>\nLes deux documents doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9unis dans <strong>un seul fichier PDF<\/strong>, intitul\u00e9 comme suit :<br
